At i8live, login security goes beyond just a password. We've built a multi-layered system that works behind the scenes every time you sign in — seamless for you, yet strong enough to block unauthorized access attempts.
End-to-End Encryption on Every Session
Every time you enter your email and password, that data is transmitted over an encrypted 256-bit SSL connection. This means that even if someone tries to intercept your connection — for example on a public Wi-Fi network — they will only receive random, unreadable data. Your login session is protected from start to finish.
Suspicious Activity Detection
The i8live security system actively monitors every login session. If a login attempt is detected from a location significantly different from your usual one, or from a device that has never been used before, the system will send an additional verification notification to your registered email or phone number. This isn't meant to slow you down — it's real protection for your account.
Two-Factor Authentication Options
For stronger additional security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. With 2FA active, every new login requires an OTP code sent to your phone number — even if someone manages to obtain your password, they still cannot log in without access to your phone.
Recommendation: Enable 2FA right now from the Security Settings menu in your account dashboard. The process takes just 2 minutes and significantly improves your account protection.
Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Recover It
If you forget your password, the process is straightforward. Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your registered email or phone number, and recovery instructions will be sent immediately. The recovery link is valid for 30 minutes only and cannot be used more than once — designed to prevent misuse.
If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, contact the i8live support team via live chat. A manual identity verification process will be carried out to ensure your account is returned to the right owner.
Safe Login Habits
Even the best security technology can be undermined by careless habits. A few simple steps that make a big difference to your account security:
- Always log out when you're done playing, especially on a device that isn't yours.
- Use a unique password for i8live — never reuse a password from another account.
- Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be i8live staff.
- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
- Update your password regularly, at least every 3–6 months.
The official i8live team will never contact members to request a password through any channel — chat, email, SMS, or phone. If anyone asks for your password on behalf of i8live, it is a scam. Report it immediately.
